SMS / Messaging Policy

How our text messages work.

Quick, plain-language summary of our SMS program. For full legal terms, see our Terms & Conditions. For privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.

What you'll receive

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Nationwide Equity LLC will send you text messages in two categories — you can opt in to either, both, or neither.

A

Non-marketing messages

Consultation confirmations, case updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and other service-related communications about your case.

B

Marketing messages

Optional. Special offers, discounts, and service updates from Nationwide Equity.

Both opt-ins are completely optional. You can submit our contact form, call us, or email us without consenting to text messages, and we'll still respond to your inquiry.

How often we text

Message frequency varies based on your case and stated preferences. For active foreclosure cases, you may receive several messages per day during the most critical periods (such as the week before a scheduled sale). For most users, frequency is a few messages per week or less.

Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out and get help

The two keywords you need to know

Reply STOP to any message from us — you'll get a single confirmation reply and then no more messages. You can re-subscribe anytime by submitting our form again.

Reply HELP to any message and we'll respond with support information. You can also reach us directly at 346-451-9887 or info@nationwideequity.us.

Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of non-marketing service messages, and vice versa — they are managed separately.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We send messages through licensed messaging carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed. If you don't receive an expected message, please contact us directly by phone or email.

How we handle your mobile data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This means: we will not sell your phone number, your consent record, or any related mobile data. We will not share it with affiliates for their marketing. We do share it with the operational vendors who help us run our business (such as our CRM provider, GoHighLevel, which handles the actual sending of our texts), and with service-specific providers when relevant to your case (such as licensed Texas attorneys engaged on your behalf).

For the full data-handling story, read our Privacy Policy.
